all these kats my way are hitting the gym talking about how swolle they're going to be next summer and that's cool don't want to take anything from them ,but it don't take all that pimpin. Hit the flo and do 50-100 push ups every nite and you will accomplish the same thing hell you might even save yourself some paper. Give it a try for about six weeks and tell me what it do.

even try skipping! do 10 sets of 100 continuous ( so thats 1000 in total) and see what happens to you in two weeks

first off in order if it to work, u have to do different types of push ups.. i used to do regular, incline, reverse incline. military do 25 of each for 6 weeks and ur chest will be swolle

well 6 wks is about how long it takes to see hypertrophy in general... but switching the angle of inclination is a good idea..
F doing that many push ups though... I'm hella lazy... mostly what doing that many does is build endurance and then toning up... but maybe that's what ppl are goin for... 3 sets of 10 - 15 is fine esp if you're doin em from dif angles
